First, check for urgent urinary signs
Call a veterinarian promptly if your cat is straining, crying in the litter box, producing little or no urine, peeing more often than usual, licking the genital area, passing blood, hiding, vomiting, refusing food, or acting painful. - Give each cat its own food, water and resting area.
